Perforated pipes
Perforated pipes are usually subject to design, quality and competitive pricing requirements.
Perforation patterns vary from completely perforated, tubes with blank areas, with one hole size or a variety of them; straight or with end forming.
Tubes may vary in diameter, material quality and thickness.
We have our own in-house developed perforation process
We can perforate pipes following customer specifications
Material quality: AISI 409, 439, 441, 304, AS 120; and any other grade specified by customer.
Thickness: 1.0 -1.2 – 1.5 – 1.8 - 2.0 mm
From D 30 to D 76.2 mm
Perf. Length: 0 – 800 mm
Number of perforations: according to technical requirements
